Hanmi Semiconductor Secures KRW 44.2B HBM4 Bonding Equipment Order from SK Hynix

Hanmi Semiconductor has won a KRW 44.2 billion equipment order from SK Hynix for HBM4 bonding tools, as the memory maker ramps up large-scale HBM4 production following Samsung's industry-first mass shipment in February.
