SK Hynix Places ₩44.2B TC Bonder Order with Hanmi Semiconductor to Expand HBM4 Production

SK Hynix has ordered TC bonders worth ₩44.2 billion from Hanmi Semiconductor to ramp up HBM4 memory production, following Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang's confirmation that all three major HBM suppliers have completed qualification.
